This post is going to be short, sweet & to the point as I 've got a busy afternoon ahead of me. On the skirt sewing front, I am at the stage where I can actually try it on and I have discovered that it is about two inches two big. Ughh. 
This would be a shot of the dining room table. I was wearing the skirt when I took the image. Prior to this masterpiece I actually took a picture of me, in the skirt while standing on the bathtub ledge and holding the excess fabric in my left hand. Apparently I deleted that image. Lovely.
Here is my progress to date on the first Dublin sock: 
I just went and took a bunch of pictures cause I'm feeling guilty about not spinning. 
It has potential. The length is just about right. I think it'll look cute with a little white tee shirt and sandals. Not bad for my first article of clothing!!
The house has light fixtures that work. I didn't take pictures.
